TomTom announced today that it is harmonizing the prices for new customers on the Android platform. During the course of today, Monday, February 7, 2022, TomTom will adjust the subscription prices for its navigation app TomTom GO Navigation for Android OS to the prices for the iOS version, thereby standardizing the payment structure of its app offering for new customers.
The prices are now independent of the operating system:
- 1 month: €3.99,
- 6 months: €13.99
- 12 months: €19.99
This new pricing applies only to new subscribers. This means that the price change will not affect existing subscriptions. If a subscription is not canceled on time, it will automatically be renewed at the price at which it was originally taken out.
In addition to the paid premium app TomTom GO Navigation, TomTom also offers the TomTom AmiGO, a free community navigation app for drivers who use the car less often or who get by with a reduced range of functions.
