Compared with 172.176 billion in January this year, an increase of 45.427 billion, a 35.8% year-on-year increase. In December last year, TSMC’s revenue was NT$155.382 billion, an increase of 10.8% compared to January this year.

TSMC’s January revenue maintained a significant year-on-year growth momentum and hit a new high, which means that the industry’s demand for their production capacity is still strong. With the chip shortage still continuing, their revenue is still expected to hit a new high for some time to come.

At the same time, since Apple is a major customer of TSMC and a major customer of 5nm, an advanced process technology, TSMC’s revenue hit a record high in December last year and January this year, which to a certain extent also means that consumers are more interested in the iPhone 13. Demand remains strong.
