We are starting to roll out cumulative update Build 22567.100 (KB5012427). This update does not include anything new and is intended to test our service pipeline in the Dev Channel.

As such, all bug fixes and improvements from the earlier release of Windows 11 Build 22567 were brought to the Dev Channel. This release has a ton of new features and heralds the next phase of Windows 11 in preparation for the 22H2 release.

Interestingly, while there are no new changes in Build 22567.100 preview builds, previous beta builds of services like this also broke some functionality. For example, Windows 10 Build 21292.1010 caused problems with x64 emulators on ARM PCs.
