Users with a developer account at Google are receiving information about a suspension of the payment system in Russia. Google literally writes that due to a disruption in the payment system, Google Play’s billing system for users in Russia will be suspended in the coming days.
This means that users in Russia cannot buy apps and games, pay for subscriptions or make in-app purchases of digital goods via Google Play. Free apps will continue to be available on the Play Store. Subscriptions will continue to the end of the current billing period, but are non-renewable and will be cancelled.
