According to Samsung’s official news, Samsung’s quantum dot display (QD Display) has been certified by the global certification company SGS as a display suitable for games and good for eye health.
This time, Samsung Display has obtained the “Pro Gaming Verified” and “Eye Care Display” certifications. “Pro Gaming Verified” is a comprehensive certification that includes response speed, refresh rate, viewing angle, and color. QD Display has achieved excellence in all of its projects.
The evaluation results of SGS show that QD Display reduces the proportion of harmful blue light, reduces damage to the eyes, protects eyesight, and has a fast response speed, with clearer and more vivid picture quality, which is a very suitable display screen for games.
In January this year, Samsung Display received 3 certifications from SGS in the “Color” and “Viewing angle” categories, indicating that QD Display has excellent image quality. In addition to the two new certifications, QD Display has obtained a total of five certifications from SGS.
