OnePlus, after the good responses from the 10 Pro, is planning the arrival of its top-mid range 10R. The smartphone is slowly emerging among various rumors and above all very interesting technical specifications for the price range, although the design is not yet well known.
The design chapter for the OnePlus 10R is still quite confusing, but it is not excluded that it may come with a very particular camera bumper. For the display, we have more indications: there seems to be a 6.7 ″ AMOLED flat panel with BOE Full HD + brand and possible Gorilla Glass 5 glass (perhaps also on the back), with a probable refresh rate at 120 Hz and touch sampling at 600 Hz, with a 10-bit color depth.
The hardware seems to be able to reserve the greatest satisfactions for this device. According to the rumors and confirmations of the brand, in fact, we should see the debut of the Dimensity 8100 in OnePlus, therefore a chipset with a 5 nm process and with LPDDR5 and UFS 3.1 memories.
Just the memories would include the cuts from 8/12 GB RAM and 128/256 GB storage. Big news then comes from the battery: it would be a 4,500 mAh module, which would recharge (but here we have a certification) at 150W UltraVOOC, just like the next Realme GT Neo 3. There would be a fingerprint sensor under the display, full-featured NFC and vibration motor on the X-Axis.
Camera
Camera side, the OnePlus 10R seems to be able to make use of a fairly interesting triptych of sensors. In addition to the now usual 50 MP Sony IMX766, we would find an 8 MP Sony IMX355 wide-angle lens and a 4 cm macro, not well specified. For the selfie camera, there would then be a 16 MP sensor.
OnePlus 10R – Possible price and release date
Unfortunately, just as the confirmation around this smartphone is smoky, it is also smoky in terms of the release date. We can expect the OnePlus 10R to arrive in a period between April and May 2022 , but they could surprise us and anticipate it at the end of March. In any case, according to a leak, the prices would be distributed in this way: about 433 € (2,999 yuan) for the 8/128 GB, about 477 € (3,299 yuan) for the 8/256 GB and finally, the maximum configuration 12 / 256 GB at a possible price of around € 506 (3,499 yuan). Clearly, everything written requires confirmation.
