The process of migrating from PS4 to PS5 and from Xbox One to Series X / S, for example, cannot be completed if you have already made a transfer of the save from your console to the PC version or vice versa. It should also be emphasized that the process of transferring the characters if completed correctly, ‘unhooks’ the save itself from the previous platform and makes it impossible to continue playing on PS4 or Xbox One.
