Earlier Wednesday, TMZ reported that well-known rapper Kanye West had been banned from Instagram. A representative of the platform’s parent company Meta said that Instagram’s decision to ban its posts and comments for 24 hours was compelled by the person violating policies related to hate speech, bullying and harassment.
Earlier, Kanye West posted on social media against ex-wife Kim Kardashian (Kim Kardashian), current boyfriend Pete Davidson (Pete Davidson), and “Daily Show” host special A string of personal attacks by Trevor Noah.
But what prompted Instagram to hit the mute button appeared to be one of Trevor Noah’s posts, which allegedly hit the bottom line of racial slurs. In the latest episode of The Daily Show, the host also discussed the matter quite frankly.
Trevor Noah said: “In terms of fame and fortune, you may not have sympathy for Kardashian. But what she’s going through is still pretty horrific. It’s a story that shows us what happens to a lot of women when they break up. encounter”.
Finally, Meta said that if Kanye West continues to speak out after the account function is lifted, the company will also take further action.
