The webcam didn’t fare so well, although technically it relies on hardware that Apple already uses and achieves very good results (12 MP ultra-wide-angle camera with 122° field of view, ƒ/2.4 aperture and follow mode).
Apple has announced to US media that there will be an update that will improve the performance of the webcam in the studio display. Perhaps very exciting for those who have already received their studio display: The firmware version of the display is displayed on the Mac under Graphics/Displays.
