During a recent Overwatch 2.0 developer Livestream, the game director and hero designer revealed that Doomfist will be relocated to the tank slot. However, the official did not release a real machine demo.
They said that the hero was changed to be similar to Winston, with better survivability and mobility. It should be noted that although they confirmed that the damage of Doomfist in version 2.0 will be “much less”, his performance in the A test is still too strong, and he is still a hero that needs to be weakened.
Regarding other hero changes, Sombra will be able to move and invade while stealth and EMP will also deal damage; Fortress will also be able to move in machine-gun mode.
