Lots of news for Telegram, more precisely for the desktop client: version 3.6.0.0 has recently been distributed for Windows 10 and Windows 11, and includes a redesigned download manager, greater integration with software dedicated to living streaming, quick links with phone numbers and much more.

MANAGEMENT OF DOWNLOADS
- Active and recently finished downloads are shown in the bar in the lower-left corner, just like in browsers.
- View recently downloaded files in Settings> Advanced> Downloads.
- Get notified before the app closes if there are any downloads still in progress.
LINK WITH PHONE NUMBERS
- Share a direct t.me link with your phone number to instantly open a chat with you.
- Use the full number in the international format, such as t.me/+39123456789
DIRECT STREAMING WITH OTHER APPS
- Manage live streams in your groups and channels using external software such as OBS Studio or XSplit Broadcaster.
- Choose “Broadcast with…” when starting a video chat or live stream – then copy your Streaming Code and paste it into your streaming software.
