Apple Music experienced two outages in two days

a large number of users reported that Apple services had problems again, and the day before, Apple servers were completely down for several hours. Just a day later, services such as Apple Music were having problems in multiple markets around the world.

It’s unclear what caused today’s outage, but Apple’s system status page suggests the issues have been resolved after nearly two hours. Apple said they are investigating the outage (downtime).

Starting at 5:09 pm ET on Tuesday (5:09 am Beijing time on Wednesday), services such as Apple Music, Podcasts, Books, and the App Store have experienced problems, affecting some users. But iMessage, iCloud, Apple Maps, Apple TV work well.

Apple also previously warned that Weather, Game Center, and iCloud Web Apps could be affected, either slowing down or failing to connect, but the issues with those services appear to have been resolved, however, Apple Card has not been restored.

Lots of feedback on Twitter about their inability to use services like Apple Music. DownDetector said the issues could also affect other Apple platforms, such as the App Store.

During yesterday’s outage, nearly all of Apple’s services were down, including Apple Music, the App Store, iMessage and iCloud. Even the internal Apple platform used by employees has malfunctioned, which has even affected the normal operation of Apple Store retail stores around the world.
