Lunar: macOS tool for monitors with new functions

Here in the blog, we have already presented different software that takes care of controlling external monitors on the Mac. One of them is Lunar. The software is basically free, but it also offers premium features. I already mentioned lunar in connection with the (automatic) regulation of contrast and brightness of external monitors.

In the meantime, there is version 5.5.2 of Lunar, which can do a new trick. But the whole thing is still experimental, and you have to see how useful the application is in the long run.

The display of the 2021 MacBook Pro and the Pro Display XDR can also be brought to their maximum brightness without special user modes. There is also a new design for the shortcuts and a new sub-zero dimming as well as the option to create your own presets.
