Video selection on YouTube Kids is limited to make it safer for younger viewers. That’s why you won’t find a lot of content there. In the meantime, however, content from YouTube can be shared with children in YouTube Kids.
From now on, users in Germany can also share individual videos or entire YouTube channels directly with a child’s YouTube Kids profile. All you have to do is be signed in to both your YouTube account and YouTube Kids account with the same email address. If so, you can go to the video or channel you want to add and click the share button at the bottom.
There you can then select “With children” so that you can share the content directly with one or more children. This worked quickly and easily in my test. You can also find more information on this in the YouTube help.
