Battlefield 2042 has a lot of new changes details announced, players look indifferent

Last month, EA DICE announced that it will next work on upgrading and optimizing the multiplayer map for Battlefield 2042. In the latest blog post, the developers finally went into the details of the latest changes, which will be optimized for Nirvana and Kaleidoscope maps.

Flags and respawn points in Nirvana and Kaleidoscope maps will be adjusted to be closer together, reducing player marching time. Vehicle assignments have also been adjusted so players don’t have to always rely on 11-way marches. DICE has added new bunkers to the map, which it says should address some of the current major grievances in the community.

In addition, DICE will also adjust the scene to reduce the cooldown time of the vehicle. The first changes will be deployed in the next update of the game. Subsequent major changes won’t come until the first season, which arrives in June or July.

However, community players generally reacted indifferently to the news. In the eyes of many players, these changes have not touched the substantive problems reported by previous players, and are not enough to bring everyone back to the battlefield. Many players said they will continue to wait and see.
