Netflix is not only represented in Poland but also in countries such as Romania, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Croatia and Ukraine and promotes regional talent. In Poland alone, more than 115 million US dollars have been invested in original films and original series. The productions have created a total of around 2,600 jobs there and generated opportunities for actors, screenwriters, directors and more.

In addition to its own productions, titles from other studios have also been licensed in the Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary and other countries in Central and Eastern Europe in order to offer them to customers. Netflix explains that the region has also become very interesting for filming. So it is only logical that a dedicated office will be opened in Warsaw within the next few months in order to build up and deepen long-term cooperation in the region.
