New filings suggest that Musk plans to play an active role in shaping Twitter’s future agenda. The 13G form he used on Monday was for passive investors. Passive investors are shareholders who do not seek to influence or change control of a company.

In addition, the document also shows that since the end of January this year, Musk has been buying Twitter stock almost every day, and has spent $2.64 billion on his current Twitter stake.
