Below is the complete list of things that should be done in Elden Ring before starting a second run:
- Collect all the materials useful for weapon upgrades and buy those for sale from merchants
- Use the resources in your possession to increase the effectiveness of your best weapons
- Collect pergamente and manuals to deliver to the merchants of spells and bring them to them
- Buy every single spell or miracle from merchants
- Buy unique items for sale from The Merchants of the Interregnum
- Collect or buy all the versions of the Convallaria Spectral and the Convallaria Sepolcrale, useful to enhance the ashes of evocation
- Eliminate every single dragon to get its heart
- Use dragon hearts to purchase spells at the Church of Draconic Communion and the Cathedral of Draconic Communion
- Find all the Tears of Larva, useful to redistribute statistical points several times throughout the game
- Collect every single Key of the Stone Sword, the object you need to access the dungeons and open some shortcuts
- Get all the weapons with boss Remembrances
- Access all the Wandering Mausoleums
- Find all crafting kits
- Collect every single broken vase and other useful items for crafting consumables
- Find all the Golden Seeds to maximize the quantity of transportable Ampoules
- Collect all the Talismans (don’t miss the Golden Scarab Talisman)
- Do not miss any Sacred Tears, so as to improve the healing or restoration abilities of the PA of the Ampoules
Before starting with the New Game Plus you can also indulge in eliminating the various characters, so that you can get the exclusive equipment. Don’t worry, the terrible actions you are about to perform will not be remembered by the characters in the second run.
