Some users have also experienced more serious problems, such as “Error code WS-37469-9”. On the web service detection site Dowdetector, more than 12,000 users are showing that the problem has been reported.

During the issue, Epic Games also tweeted that Fortnite PS console gamers who may be experiencing sign-in issues check the online status of Sony PSN. According to the Verge editing test, he can log back in after exiting the game, so the issue didn’t affect all players.

As of press time, Epic said the issue has been resolved. However, the cause of the failure has not yet been announced.
