The system provides an additional day of paid leave per quarter, allowing employees to take time off “when menstrual pain occurs”, and employees can also take hourly leave according to their needs.

FOLLOWING THE ANNOUNCEMENT, CDPR SAID IT WAS ALSO STUDYING THE POSSIBILITY OF IMPLEMENTING A SIMILAR POLICY.

According to RADEK Grabowski, CDPR’s director of public relations, the company is “doing further research for CDPR as a whole.” However, it is unclear whether it will eventually be implemented.
