There would be no surprise, therefore, of the possible arrival of a sixth episode, but perhaps something in this sense has already begun to move.
Through a new job offer published in recent days, Playground Games announces that they are looking for staff for their next triple-A project. Although the name of the game is not explicitly mentioned, the fact that the candidate will join the Forza team Horizon hints at the possibility that the studio has already started work on Forza Horizon 6.
Specifically, ” Playground Games is looking for a Level Designer to join the Forza Horizon team. As a member of the design team, you will be responsible for large portions of the game’s level design, as well as guiding and mentoring younger colleagues. You will be part of our team of designers working on our next AAA title, responsible for creating fun gaming experiences. ”

Apart from the skills and requirements required, there are no more details on the mysterious project in development: too early to talk about the release date and expected platforms, although in the latter case we can hypothesize a development for PC and Xbox Series X / S. Forza Horizon 5 has reached 15 million players two months after its release, which took place on November 9, 2021: with these numbers so impressive, the future arrival of Forza Horizon 6 could practically be taken for granted.
We also remember that Playground Games is developing the new Fable, a title that however disappeared from the radar after the announcement in 2020.
