The Beta of Overwatch 2 is currently underway and a new controversy has started on the social networks related to a famous character of the game. Let’s talk about Tracer … or rather, Tracer’s buttocks, whose size (according to some players) would have been reduced compared to the first episode.
The discussion started on Twitter where a player posts a profile picture of Tracer alluding to the small size of his buttocks. The Tweet was re-shared by other outraged players who immediately shouted at Tracer’s censorship and desexualization.
But will it really be like this? In reality, it is a meaningless controversy, as also stated by YouTuber and Streamer Melonie Mac, who points out that in reality, the size of Tracer’s butt has not changed at all compared to the past.

So where does this absurd controversy arise? Probably from the vast number of amateur fanarts dedicated to Tracer where the authors often enhance the physical characteristics of the character. But just look at the original model designed by Blizzard to understand how there has actually been no change in the aesthetic appearance of Tracher.
The Overwatch 2 Beta has lost 90% of viewers on Twitch just over 48 hours after launch and then recovered in the following days and registered good numbers on the platform.
