Google is building a previously unknown high-end smartphone

A very reliable source reports that Google may be developing a previously unknown Pixel phone. It can be a device that is probably in the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra or iPhone 13 Pro Max range. The source code of current Android software contains the first clues – and many new questions!

First clues for another Pixel 7 model?

The still relatively unknown pixel smartphone is based on a Google Tensor and has a different new display. In any case, a different display than the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro, which have already been announced for the coming fall. The OLED display is 120 Hz fast and comes from BOE, therefore not from Samsung.

It has the exact dimensions as the Google Pixel 6 Pro’s display and also the same resolution. Unfortunately, there is no further information on how the Pixel smartphone, previously known as the G10, could differ from the upcoming Pixel 7 Pro. Whether it has more on the box is currently only speculative.

Unanswered questions about the new Google Pixel: It can be ruled out which device was not discovered here

So far, based on the first specifications, it can be ruled out that it is a model for the a-series and it is also not the upcoming Google Pixel Tablet. The dimensions also argue against the possibility that the anticipated and rescheduled Pixel Notepad was spotted here.

In any case, this new find is curious enough, because it will once again serve up old rumors from the past few years. There was always talk of an Ultra model for the Google Pixel series, but such a device never came onto the market. I don’t see any need for that either. But maybe the team around the pixel hardware sees it a little differently?
