In the world of Diablo Immortal, there are two large factions that the player can join, although both have a very limited number of places and therefore it is not easy to be ‘enrolled’. One of these is represented by the Shadows and in this guide, we will explain how to become part of it.
Who are the Shadows?
Shadows are one of the two factions of Diablo Immortal. Those who are part of this group of players, whose base is in the basement of the inn in the center of the Heart of the Brand, are the sworn enemies of the Immortals, another great faction of the free game Blizzard.
In addition to being important to PvP, this rivalry also has consequences in other activities, as members of the Shadows can raid the Immortals’ vault in a four-player cooperative activity. The main objective of the Shadows is to oust the Immortals of the server, so as to free positions from their ranks and occupy them.
How to join the Shadows
The first way to become a Shadow in Diablo Immortal is to have enough luck to win the so-called Shadow Lottery, a kind of event that takes place three times a day on each server (at 12 pm, 6 pm and at 21:00). All players who have reached level 43 can go to Westmarch, the Cuor Della Marca neighborhood, and interact with the NPC inside the inn to purchase a ticket, the price of which is completely free.
The lucky ones drawn will receive a message in the mailbox at the end of the lottery and will be able to go to the base of the Shadows to complete a series of trials and become part of the group.
The second method is a bit simpler and involves getting to know a member of the faction. Once in the group, players receive a Seal of Akeba, a key item that can be used to bring a friend to the faction without having to win the lottery.
