God of War Ragnarok postponed to 2023? A spanish warhead drops the bomb

The rumors relating to the release period of God of War Ragnarok, the highly anticipated new episode of the series signed by Santa Monica Studios, arriving on PlayStation 5 and PS4 on a date yet to be definitively established but technically scheduled for 2022, do not subside.

If a clue from the PlayStation Store suggested that God of War Ragnarok between September and October 2022, and even insider Tom Henderson revealed the latest on the release of God of War Ragnarok taking stock of the situation, it is now time to drop the bomb. Gamereactor, specifically the Spanish edition of the newspaper, reports how the next adventures of Kratos and Atreus would have been postponed to 2023.

The portal mentions” multiple European sources” that would have confirmed yet another postponement for the game, and that only official confirmation from Sony would be missing. Gamereactor among other things is limited to simply reporting that Ragnarok will arrive in 2023, without providing more specific details on the possible launch window.

In light of the constant rumors and clues about the debut of the next God of War, it is strictly necessary to hear a comment from Sony or Santa Monica Studios as soon as possible to understand if the game really will not make it for this year (despite the same authors had on several occasions confirmed that God of War Ragnarok would be released in 2022 ), or if instead those of Gamereactor Spain were unfounded rumors.
