iPhone 14 production plan remains unchanged but initial output has decreased

Credit Suisse analysts said in a note this week that when it comes to recovering from the shock of the coronavirus pandemic, Apple’s supply chain has a brighter outlook than the Android phone camp.

Credit Suisse research analyst Huang Xiang and his team said in the report: “The overall production of hardware may gradually return to normal levels in June/July, the outlook for Apple’s supply chain will be brighter than the Android camp, and the demand for semiconductors will More than a supply issue.”

Talking about the impact of the outbreak on the iPhone 14, the report stated: “Our inspection shows that the production plan for the iPhone 14 remains unchanged, but the initial production volume will be lower, which may be due to delays in the production of certain models or some components.

Shortage of chips. We believe overall production orders for the new models will remain the same as last year, but final volumes may vary due to supply disruptions.

Earlier, well-known Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo said that Apple has not changed the delivery plan of the iPhone 14 models due to the epidemic. Although the iPhone 14 Max is behind the plan, it is still under control. Suppliers can work overtime to catch up with the progress.
