Xiaomi 12S shows itself in GeekBench

The Xiaomi 12S series is rumored to be launched later this year. The lineup will be the company’s latest flagship smartphones. But even before an official announcement, the basic version was sighted in GeekBench.

The Xiaomi 12S was listed in GeekBench. The device was listed with the model number 2206123SC. The listing shows that the device will be equipped with an octa-core processor, with four cores clocked at 2.02 GHz, three cores at 2.75 GHz and one super core at 3.19 GHz.

In other words, the chipset in question is clearly the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. Also, the GeekBench database lists the smartphone as having 12GB of RAM, although it will come with multiple RAM and internal storage configurations.

The upcoming Xiaomi 12S will also run on the Android 12 based MIUI 13 out of the box. With the configuration, the model scored 1,328 points in single-core and 4,234 points in multi-core.

Based on previous information, the Xiaomi 12S will also be released with support for 67-watt fast charging. Other expected features include a 120Hz AMOLED display, a 50MP main rear camera and possibly a Leica lens.
