Poco will hold an event today and present new smartphones. Since one makes no secret of it, which models will be. The Poco F4 and the Poco X4 GT will be presented as part of the virtual launch event.

If you are interested, you can follow the live stream of the event from 2 p.m. today. In addition to a stream via the social media channels Facebook and Twitter, the live event can also be followed via YouTube:

If you are not interested in following the event, you can read about what was presented on the blog afterward. The Poco F4 has already been talked about a bit out of the box. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 is supported by up to 12 gigabytes of RAM (LPDDR5). Everything should stay cool thanks to LiquidCool 2.0 with small vapor chambers. UFS 3.1 storage should be used for storage space.

The Poco F4 is very reminiscent of the Redmi K40S. Except for the wide-angle lens with a 64-megapixel sensor (instead of 48 megapixels), it should be pretty much identical. Optical image stabilization should also be on board. Otherwise, the Poco F4 should come up with an AMOLED display.

At 6.67 inches (approx. 17 cm), the panel with a Full HD+ resolution is certainly not compact. The front camera should be 20 megapixels. The fingerprint scanner is on the front and stereo speakers are also installed. The battery with 4,500 mAh should be able to be recharged quickly thanks to 67-watt charging.
