Google Task lists can now also be printed out, organization with pen and paper

With the task management Google Tasks, various task lists with individual entries can be stored in the Workspace universe, which is directly available in the connected apps. Creating and checking off tasks can be done quickly on the web or on a smartphone, but apparently, there is also a target group for the classic way with pen and paper. The task lists can now be printed out.

Many people use to-do lists, calendars, notes, or other things to organize their everyday life and not to forget certain things. In digital form, this is of course particularly convenient, because there is no paperwork, you can call it up anywhere and also quickly change, expand or check off. But there are also people who don’t want to do everything on screen and prefer to use pen and paper.

Now the Google Tasks team has announced a new print feature. This will appear in the menu of every to-do list for all users over the next 15 days and is doing what you would expect. A print preview opens and the task list can be printed. However, it has not yet been shown what such an expression looks like. Probably a simple list, hopefully with printed checkboxes to tick off.

This can certainly be very practical in some cases because after all there are still many e-mail printers today. Partly, of course, also due to internal company rules or for filing reasons. But this can also be practical in digital form because the print function can be used as a PDF export.
