Yesterday Xiaomi officially announced the upcoming Xiaomi 12S range. The models will be presented in China on July 4th. And unfortunately, remain China-only. It will also be the manufacturer’s first smartphone to carry Leica branding.
Before the market launch, the Xiaomi 12S Pro has now appeared on GeekBench. And the entry of the flagship in the benchmark reveals not only some technical data but also its performance data.
The device has the model number 2206122SC and is equipped with an octa-core processor with a base frequency of 2.02 GHz and a maximum clock speed of 3.19 GHz. It also has the Adreno 730 GPU, making it pretty obvious that this is the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. The listing also reveals that the smartphone has 12 GB of RAM and runs Android 12.
As for the benchmark scores, the Xiaomi 12S Pro scores 1,323 points in the single-core and 4,171 points in the multi-core test.
