Free DLC, Hitman 3 will launch its first new map on July 26

According to the latest report, game developer IO Interactive announced in its July roadmap that Ambrose Island, a new map of Hitman 3, will be available to all players in the form of free DLC on July 26.

This is the first new map of Hitman 3 since its release in January last year. From the trailer, Ambrose Island looks like a tropical area. The Hidden Cove is home to a dangerous pirate group in the Andaman Sea and holds many hidden secrets, says IO Interactive. It will offer a new set of objectives, challenges and rewards.

Earlier this year, IO Interactive first previewed the map, previously codenamed “Rocky,” as part of its second-year release. In May of this year, IO Interactive announced that it was bringing forward the release date of Ambrose Island to make up for the delay in Hitman 3’s upcoming roguelike mode “Freelancer”. The new model was originally scheduled to launch in the spring of 2022 but is now expected to launch in the second half of the year.
