Samsung is expected to unveil the Galaxy Fold 4 alongside the Galaxy Flip 4 at an unpacked event in August. The foldable has already been spotted on GeekBench, revealing the processor, RAM, operating system and more.

A few weeks before the release, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 was sighted at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). A start is really not long in coming, in less than 1 month it should finally be ready.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 with the model number SM-F936U has appeared in the FCC database. According to the listing, the device will come with Qualcomm Gen2 Smart Transmission capability and support for 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G networks. The website also confirms Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and NFC support. The phone is also said to come with Wi-Fi 802.11a/n/ac/ax and wireless charging.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 is said to have a 7.6″ 2K AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. It is also said to have a 16 MP under-screen camera. It could have a 6.2″ display and a 10 MP front camera.

According to rumors, the phone will be equipped with a triple camera on the back consisting of a 50 MP main camera + 12 MP UWW camera + 12 MP telephoto camera. The foldable phone is said to support a 4,400mAh battery and 45W fast charging and 15W wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging.
