Experts agree that the technology of electric cars has improved and improved a lot in recent times, so more users are starting to order electric vehicles, due to rising gasoline prices and a new law introduced to limit EV subsidies. With this, EVs are gaining popularity in the short term.

Although Tesla has repeatedly raised prices for all of its models, rising demand for electric vehicles has led to a significant increase in Tesla’s order numbers in several regions of the United States. In March of this year, Tesla’s official website showed that the delivery time of many Tesla electric vehicles in the US market has been scheduled for 2023.

Back in May 2022, Elon Musk (CEO OF Tesla) informed that Tesla may stop taking orders for certain models as the order backlog grows and delivery times continue to stretch. The Model 3 Long Range is one of Tesla’s most popular electric vehicles. According to Musk, Tesla’s current backlog of orders for the Model 3 long-range version is so large that it doesn’t make sense to accept new orders.

Tesla’s US official website also no longer shows the price of the Model 3 long-range version, which was previously priced at $57,990. When Tesla reopens pre-orders, the price of the Model 3 Long Range may be adjusted. The Model 3 Long Range may be one of the few EVs eligible for the new EV tax credit. But under the new policy, the car must cost less than $55,000 to qualify for the subsidy.
