Samsung Galaxy Note 9 grabbed a new GPS-related update

The new Galaxy Note 9 has much the same hardware and cameras as the Galaxy S9 Plus. The main thing that sets the Galaxy Note 9 apart is its S Pen, which now has added Bluetooth connectivity and can be used as a single-button Bluetooth remote control. Samsung’s Experience UI is highly customized but feels smooth and natural to use, with several thoughtful ways to use the S Pen.

In the past few days, Samsung has rapidly released the latest software updates to its old smartphones such as Galaxy Note 8, Galaxy S7 and other devices. Now, one more aged device of Samsung’s portfolio gains a new software update in South Korea.

According to the latest information, Samsung Galaxy Note 9 has now joined the GPS-related update list. The stateside Galaxy Note 9 is getting firmware version N960NKSU3FVG4. European markets are expected to get this update over the next few days.

Owners of the Galaxy Note 9 can receive notification of this update. By chance you don’t receive an update notification then check the update manually by going to the device Settings >> Software updates >> Download and install.
