When will Samsung release September 2022 security patch update

As we all know, Samsung is much ahead of other smartphone makers in providing software updates. Not even Google is able to match Samsung in this field. Samsung has provided the August patch to 37 devices so far and the July 2022 patch to around 50 devices so far.

Recently, we wrote an article and were told that Samsung is going to provide an Android 12L-based One UI 4.1.1 major update to its Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 smartphones soon. If new reports are to be believed, Samsung will release the Android 12L (One UI 4.1.1) update for the Galaxy Fold and Flip 3 in early September.

Samsung recently provided this update to the Galaxy Tab S8 series in the US and South Korea. The feature of multitasking was added to the Galaxy Tab S8 series devices, and users are very happy with this feature. Along with this feature, Samsung has also added a lot of other features to the Galaxy Tab S8.

Samsung August 2022 security patch list: These Galaxy devices have received update so far

Samsung provides the latest software updates and monthly updates to its smartphones ahead of time as the current month is going on and Samsung provides the upcoming month’s patch updates before the start of that month. But I don’t know what happened this time. Today is September 2 and Samsung hasn’t released this month’s patch update yet.

However, there has been no response from Samsung regarding this. Users are eagerly waiting for the latest security patch. Maybe Samsung can launch the September 2022 patch in the next 1 or 2 days because Google’s September 2022 patch will also be released.

By the way, let us tell you that this month’s patch update has been released, and the name of the company that has won this battle is Xiaomi. You may not believe it because you got used to hearing the names Samsung and Google, but this time Xiaomi left behind both of them and released this month’s patch first, and the device that got this patch is the Xiaomi 11T.
