Chrome address bar enables search @history and @bookmarks

You can often use the chrome app for web search and for games. Sometimes need to visit past website for future references or it mark as bookmark. In all this sometime forget to mark or their number of bookmarks showing when try to search particular. All these activities are tedious and time taking. For solving this Google works on an improvement of address bar for Android. In desktop Chrome app you can see very handy shortcuts available like quickly search your history and bookmarks direct from the address bar.

If this feature enabled in your chrome app, then you can enter @history, @bookmarks, or @tabs in Chrome’s address bar followed by a space. For this feature at query changes to a Search History, Bookmarks, or Tabs chip you’re free to enter a term.

After that the results show inline below the Omnibox for fast navigate the page with the help of arrow keys or cursor. History and Bookmarks let you press enter to be taken to the respective full-screen page with your query pre-populated. If there is a matching tab, then you can enter the instantly.

As per Chrome Actions it is a rather useful and powerful expansion, with this you can quickly open key settings from the Omnibox. User-facing announcements include the initial rollout of Chrome Actions where you can enter things like “Clear Browsing Data,” “Open Incognito Tab,” and “Set Chrome as Default Browser” into the address bar and be immediately directed to the correct page. You can see Chrome’s search shortcut for history, bookmarks, and tabs enabled in ChromeOS 106, which is currently in beta, but it’s otherwise not widely release yet.
