Galaxy S25 Series may come with Exynos 3nm

According to reports, Samsung is developing a new mobile chip for the upcoming Galaxy S25 model for 2025. Revegnuse, a tipster, says that Samsung’s System LSI division is working on the next-generation Exynos, which will be made using Samsung’s 3nm process and be used in the next flagship smartphones. It is anticipated to be available beginning in 2025 with the Galaxy S25 series.

Over a thousand engineers have already been assembled by Samsung MX, including an Apple veteran semiconductor specialist.

We already know that Qualcomm’s most recent mobile AP, “Snapdragon Generation 2,” is included in the Galaxy S23 Series. This product is known to be a dedicated product that speeds up operation and has been tailored to fit the Galaxy phone.

When it comes to developing its own AP roadmap, Samsung may be following Apple’s lead. Based on an ARM design, Apple has been developing its own mobile AP, which it has recently extended to PC products.

Due to the controversies surrounding the performance of the “Exynos 2200,” Samsung is also moving toward manufacturing products that are optimized for its smartphones in a detail-oriented manner rather than installing new products annually.
