The Galaxy S23 camera crashes after using 30X zoom, a fix come soon

We recently made an article in which we told you that Samsung is working on a new update for its Galaxy S23 series and this update will be launched soon. The main focus of this update will be on the camera. And now another camera-related issue has surfaced in the Galaxy S23.

By the way, ever since the Galaxy S23 series has been launched, it has been in the headlines, sometimes for its good and sometimes for bad. Recently a user complained that the Galaxy S23 has a scrolling bug, then that fake moon picture issue, and many more.

Today, the Samsung Community President admitted that the Galaxy S23 has a camera-related flaw. It can be understood in some way that you want to click a zooming photo from your Galaxy S23 and as soon as you take the camera zoom above 30x, the camera app starts crashing.

Samsung’s software division has confirmed that asynchronous action points caused by quickly switching cameras are the cause of the issue. But there is also a piece of relief news that testing is currently going on to fix this bug. And Galaxy S23 users can get rid of this bug in the next month.

However, it is not yet confirmed which patch caused this camera crash and Samsung has also refused to answer this officially.
