Samsung to start RAM increment starting Galaxy S24

In February 2023, the Korean OEM Samsung released the Galaxy S23 series – the S23, Samsung Galaxy S23+, and Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. After that, the company unveiled several budget smartphones as well. The company is also working on upcoming smartphones like Galaxy Z Fold 5, Galaxy Z Flip 5 and more.

The key highlight will be the next year’s S24 series which is also expected to be launched in February 2024 with three brand-new flagship phones.

SamNews24 report indicates that the Samsung Galaxy S24 Series to get an RAM increase. As the demand for streaming and utility increasing day by day. So leaving a minimum 8GB RAM variant the company may bring smartphones with at least 12GB RAM and may remove the 128GB storage variant.

Galaxy S24 Specifications [Expected]

The Galaxy S23 smartphone may be powered by Qualcomm’s unreleased Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and come with UFS 4.1 storage. They are anticipated to launch with Android 14-based One UI 6.0. Moreover, the report also suggest that the Samsung Galaxy S24 series could feature satellite connectivity.
