According to the latest information, the Google Home app continuously upgraded. The app is now updated with new support for cameras by adding streaming support for more camera models and brands.
The Google Home app also supports cameras from Arlo (live feeds), as well as supporting “voice notifications” which can have Assistant speakers audibly announce when people or motion is detected by a camera.
The Pixel phone maker is now expanding what cameras can stream their live feeds to the Home app. Further, we’re also seeing at least the foundation of TP-Link Kasa cameras adding support. Apart from the above news, the Wyze cameras were appearing in the Home app. 9To5Google reported that the update is not officially explained.
