Blizzard just announced that the Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack that destroyed Battle.net servers through instant traffic has ended. Players who were previously unable to log in to games such as Call of Duty: Warzone, Overwatch, Hearthstone, and Diablo should now be able to reconnect.
After investigating, Blizzard discovered that the DDoS attack, which lasted nearly an hour on Wednesday night, selected the company’s verified customer service Twitter account as a breakthrough. Players who tried to log in during the period may have seen related Breaking News entries on the PC Battle.net client.
[#BNet] We are currently experiencing a DDoS attack, which may result in high latency and disconnections for some players. We are actively working to mitigate this issue.

In retrospect, the consequences of this round of DDoS attacks did not flood, and most players did not experience high latency or disconnection. Although the interruption reports of Battle.net, “Diablo”, and “Call of Duty” have surged during the period, they have dropped significantly.
