According to Apple’s system status page, the App Store and Mac App Store have experienced a major failure. Apple said that the App Store service may cause slowness or unavailability to some users, and the problem starts at 10:05 am Pacific time.
Other services such as iCloud Drive, iCloud Mail and iMessage are also listed as experiencing problems, and some users cannot access Apple’s services. Strangely, although Apple has reported several failures, there are very few complaints about App Store, iMessage and Mail issues on Twitter and other social networks.
