According to the XDA, two new permissions have appeared in Android 12: BIND_TRANSLATION_SERVICE and MANAGE_UI_TRANSLATION. It is predicted that these two permissions enable the App to be bound to the translation API, thereby automatically adapting to multiple languages for the App UI.
XDA said that it has not found the relevant API in Google Translate at present, and it may be that Google has not forced the use of Google’s own translation software.
