Snap announced today that it will launch a new iOS app, Story Studio, hoping to become the first choice for mobile users to edit videos. This is an editing tool designed specifically for mobile or vertical video. The APP can extract data from Snapchat and the new Spotlight feature to help people determine how to make and what to make.
Users can use Snapchat’s insights to add popular sounds, Hashtags, filters, etc. to video editing. In addition, the Story Studio tool has built-in rich filters, Snapchat Sound and various stickers, so you can add this content when you edit.

Finally, Snap added that it will no longer distribute $1 million a day to top Spotlight creators. On the contrary, from June 1st, it will issue millions of dollars a month, but it did not specify the specific amount. As it is now, the amount that creators receive will be based on the level of engagement they receive in their posts, and there is no set limit on the number of people who can get paid.
