Windows 11: Draw and Notepad applications will get the Fluent visual upgrade

At a special press conference held last night, Microsoft officially announced the Windows 11 system. In the latest version, not only has the user interface greatly improved, but Microsoft has also introduced a new Microsoft Store and added support for Android applications.

And now Microsoft officially released a new warm-up, indicating that some classic applications will also get a Fluent design. In Windows 11, the file manager, settings, Microsoft Paint and Notepad applications will all be improved by the Fluent design language.

The toolbar at the top of the drawing and notepad windows has been replaced by a modern banner on which users can find most of the commonly used options. A screenshot of the Microsoft developer activity shows a simplified ribbon banner and a Fluent design.

At present, there is no indication that there is a tag function similar to that of a web browser, which is part of Windows Sets. In the Microsoft Paint application, the top banner includes the primary/secondary selection box, brush selection tool, shape, thickness/thinning slider, outline/fill, and all of our current other options.

To be clear, after getting the Fluent transformation, the drawing application has not lost any feature but has changed visually. In addition, there are a bunch of new icons for common buttons such as cut, copy, share, delete, rename, attributes, and more. These buttons are visible in File Explorer, Notepad and other Windows applications.
