Facebook Messenger launched a new feature last week that enhances the user’s emoji experience through Soundmojis, allowing you to send short sound clips in chats. The messaging service now has another feature that should make it easy for you to find emojis you like.
Messenger has added a new search bar for emoticons, allowing you to easily find the emoji most suitable for the current conversation. When you press and hold a chat record in Messenger, and then click the + sign, the search bar will appear in the symbol selector. This can help you save time when you don’t have time to scroll through and select long emojis in a hurry.
Just below the search bar is another new feature that shows the emojis you have used recently. This field should also make it easier for you to find reactions to emojis you recently used in one place. Facebook said that the recent reaction and emoji search bar is being launched globally.
In addition, Messenger designed a new chat theme for fans of the 1996 movie Space Jam and its 2021 independent sequel. The background of the Space Jam chat theme is Bugs Bunny, and the default chat emoji is a ball. The new experience can also be used in direct messages on Instagram.
