The developers of Assassin’s Creed: Hall of Valor are investigating the problem that the host cannot be archived

Ubisoft stated that it is currently investigating the archive file issue of Assassin’s Creed: Hall of Valor on the PS game console. This issue prevented some PS4 and PS5 players from saving their game progress. This issue was confirmed to exist on Tuesday morning.

Assassin’s Creed’s official Twitter tweeted: We know that a save issue will cause some PlayStation consoles to pop up the Unable to save game progress prompt, and we are actively working on a solution. Thank you for your patience.

Although Ubisoft stated that the issue is currently affecting PlayStation users, three Xbox players responded to the company’s tweet, saying that they also encountered the issue after loading the game using the Quick Resume feature. Another player claimed to receive the same error message on the PC.

Some users on the forum Reddit said that the problem also appeared on Xbox Series X, not limited to PS consoles. At present, the official has not confirmed when the problem can be solved.
