The instructions read: Your computer does not meet the minimum hardware requirements of Windows 11. Your device is not eligible to join the Windows Insider program for Windows 11. Please install Windows 10 to participate in the Windows Insider Program in the release preview channel.
At the moment, it’s not clear what happens when you ignore this suggestion, but it seems most likely that you will no longer receive the Insider preview update, which is not provided by people who install Windows 11 via ISO on unsupported hardware The updated threats are similar.
