Assassin’s Creed Discovery Tour: Viking Age live on October 19

Ubisoft announced that Assassin’s Creed: Hall of Valor, Discovery: Viking Age free DLC will be launched on PC on October 19. In this educational experience, players can explore and interact with the history and culture of the world in the Viking Age.

All players who have bought Assassin’s Creed: Hall of Valor can get the Discovery Journey: Viking Age DLC for free. If you have not purchased Assassin’s Creed: Hall of Valor but are interested in the Discovery: Viking Age DLC, you can purchase it separately.

The standalone version of the DLC will be available on Ubisoft Connect and Epic at the time of sale, priced at 16.99 pounds. Then it will land on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, and cloud gaming platforms Stadia and Luna in early 2022.

With participation in the design of historians and archaeologists, the Viking Age game world will become a non-violent and educational experience, players are free to explore and learn more about 9th century England and Norway Place, people and culture.

However, unlike the previous exploration journeys of Ancient Greece and Ancient Egypt, players in the Viking Age will play different roles, follow their stories and complete missions. During the journey, players will be able to interact with the Discovery website and discover images of multiple museum collections on the website, including the British Hampshire Cultural Trust, Preston Park Museum and Gardens, York Archaeological Trust, and British Books Museum, as well as the Réunion des Musées Nationaux in France and the National Museum of Denmark.
