A few weeks ago, Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3 users in many countries have been the first to get the One UI 4 upgrade, but the latest news pointed out that Samsung has suspended the upgrade push because they found a conflict with the Google Play system. A Samsung representative revealed that a number of mobile phones found compatibility issues with the Google Play system after the upgrade.

The current suspension of One UI 4 is comprehensive, no matter it is the Galaxy Z series folding machine or other mobile phone models, all are not immune. The message pointed out that Google is currently aware of this problem and is looking for a solution; once the problem is fixed, Samsung will also make corrections for One UI 4, and then push the update to users via OTA. Then, the One UI 4 upgrade will be restarted.
